sticky floors torn mats
the caravan had a coffee machine, it was a nice touch.
The caravan wasn't as clean as i hoped. I noticed sticky floors in the kitchen. the mats in the hall were torn, and the carpets needed a deep clean. the tv remote didn't work at all, that was annoying!

clean space included items excellent communication
the caravan included many essentials. towels were available. communication was excellent. the space was very clean and tidy. i found parking easily! there was plenty of space.
i had to pay for access to some facilities, but i did not use them.

The holiday home was very comfortable. It was also very clean. I found lots of board games available for use. A great breakfast was had at the Boathouse, a perk!

The swimming pool was nice. The park had great entertainment for children. The location was convenient, and parking was plentiful.

amazing caravan, amazing trip!
helpful owner super clean caravan long drive
this place is awesome!!! we arrived late and the owner was super helpful with the access code, a total lifesaver. the caravan was super clean and so warm, it was such a relief after a long drive. our whole family felt right at home here and we were so comfortable.

the park is situated near the north norfolk coast, this made day trips super easy. we visited familiar places like the broads and winterton on sea. there was plenty of parking available too.
